    I am french, I used to pass Notre-Dame everyday to go to work. I was living in USA when it burn and I cryed a lot that day. I will have the chance to be in France in december and I am very excited to go inside again, like brand new. And the food, of course.

    And it took them roughly 5 years to get this wonderful piece of history that is part of Paris and been parts of movies and tv shows that we known it from.

    December 8 is the feast of the Immaculate Conception. The cathedral is dedicated to Mary. The media never mention the significance of this date.

    Rebuilt stronger than before. Beautiful isn’t it. Perhaps it was meant to burn so that new life and workmanship will make it last another thousand years. It’s a miracle. ❤

    One lesson learned from all this mess is, rebuilding a cathedral is a lot more expensive than a night fire watchman during restoration work.

    This is so miraculous. However, I wish they would get this tight: atop the spire is a phoenix rising from the flames! For crying out loud!

    This is all a HUGE symbol, De Molay was burned in front of Notre-Dame, and now Notre-Dame is burned.
