We have an animal sanctuary with 3 cows and a horse, chickens, etc. so I can verify that cows have a ton of personality especially around feeding time.

Aww...Jenna is AWESOME!!! Such a beautiful baby girl. People don't understand how incredible cows are, how smart they are and the loving energy they give off. There are Sanctuaries that have hug a cow days where kids and adults can go and spend time hugging and brushing cows. It's extremely therapeutic and the cows know when someone is having a rough time emotionally. They will wrap their heads and necks around the person and support them. Or they will lay down next to the person and just stay there being a soothing presence. It's truly a remarkable thing to witness or be a part of.

This has happened to me too! Once a cow showed up on my door (I lived close to a farm and the cows were free roaming), and and started mooing until I went outside. She then asked me for cuddles and I gave her a some raw lettuce to eat. She would nod her head and then leave. ❤
