I went to Anfield supporting man united, my friend is a scouser and got me a ticket in the kop, the moment we walked through the turnstiles we couldn't hear ourselves speak, the atmosphere was electric, a millions times better than anything at old Trafford, it was so intense i almost forgot who i was supporting, i found myself singing you'll never walk alone holding my scarf above my head until i came to my senses.

Anfield was always a tough place to win but Jurgen Klopp turned it into a fortress. Visitors could be 2-0 up, even 3-0 up and still end up losing. Getting a draw in that damn stadium is a victory in and of itself.

Nice to see Pep knows why the sign is there. Fsg (who've started spending again) get a lot of stick from many Liverpool fans but the owners before them said Anfield couldn't be redeveloped and they have done it to 61,000.

Anfield on European nights under the lights is amazing. No other stadium like it. But if we're playing wolves on a Saturday afternoon, the atmosphere is flat. Anfield is up for the big games when it matters, but when we play the smaller teams we're expected to beat, then it's not so good.

To be at an anfield in the kop end with my family for many years was so special, I looked round and saw my boys singing the anthem, and my wife with tears streaming down her cheeks with raw emotion, she said it’s something she never expected to happen, but it did. I have been supporting Liverpool for more than 20 years now. And i was lucky enough to fulfil my dream to visit Anfield 10 years back. And i was in tears when i entered it. I didn't expect the avalanche of emotions when i entered... Will never forget the feeling to be in the presence of Anfield. Btw, my home phone number is still saved as Anfield in my mobile. I wish to visit it again in future with my kids ...
