Thought we'd try something a bit different today and return to some disturbing Halo content by breaking down the strange, and often times, rather dark Halo iceberg conspiracies!

I'm pretty sure the "ghost of lockout" was Herobrine's first job in his long career.
  • Every copy of Halo 5’s story is personalized but everyone still found it terrible

The first person to discover the backwards dialogue must have shat themselves, Jesus Christ.

So on the subject of "ghosts" in Halo, once when I was just playing around on Sandtrap (I think that's the name, the map with the Elephant), I saw a black armored Spartan walk behind a pillar and disappear. Freaked me the hell out.
  • Last time I was this early, an elite was stabbing his own neck for the intro

For 29:06, There are several UNSC posters in Halo 3 ODST showing a picture of Earth with the text "For Her". However, one of the posters shows a white ball (supposedly representing the Traveler) above the photo of Earth with the text instead saying "Destiny Awaits". Some consider this to be a very old teaser for Destiny.

I always considered the bloody marine as part of the narrative and visual storytelling. He was probably one of the first to see combat aboard the station, or just happened to be where it was toughest. I didn't think it was creepy when I saw him, I just appreciated the fact that they used a different model to tell me that this guy had seen some action, was badly wounded, but is still fighting.
  • I wish Marty would just explain it then instead of teasing. At this rate, most people would be dead or would have long stopped caring by the time we get the "true meaning".
  • Honor Guard Councilor was the result of an oversight by Bungie. It was meant to be a Zealot, but they typed in a variant that didn’t exist on Gravemind, so it randomizes the character’s armor permutations.
  • I can already hear the intro to "Paralyzer" by Finger Eleven and see the 360p Halo 3 tutorial at the mention of "Recon Skull" lmao

"There will be no more Sadness. No more Anger. No more Envy" Since this is written in the teaser text for halo (39:43) and exactly what Cortanas says in Infinite, does this mean this how Cortanas story was supposed to end all along? Or has this line been mentioned in previous games? If not i find this really cool.

Let me save you 42 minutes. "This sounds a lot creepier than it is" "I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything" "This is just a bug" "This one is totally fake" "This is just a conspiracy theory" "There you have it"
  • @TheSplatterCat
That tunnel in Delta halo is actually the tunnel you go through while in the underwater elevator. If you play through that part you can see the resemblence just without all the underwater wild life and ruins

The guy who put the “I Love Bees” game to warn the guy was a little creepy but more over I think was extremely thoughtful and mature to put the game aside to warn someone of danger despite risking getting in trouble for ruining the games facade. That’s a good samaritan right there
  • About the hurricane one; "Dude, this is the end of the world we're talking about. Braving a hurricane is a fair price to save the world."
  • @yungbobross6418
I literally spent over five hours trying to get the banshee through the loading zone to get the scarab gun as a kid. When I finally got it I legit didn’t even feel anything, I was just so hyped that I could fly the banshee around tbh the scarab gun was alright but having made the flight there I was hyped as fuck
  • @stratus2010
Johnson never died. He's just missing in action

For those wondering about the man who called during Hurricane Ivan... that man was my uncle! Well, more of a close family friend who took care of me (his name is AJ) so I considered him an uncle. His coworker at his job informed him about the ilovebees campaign at the time, and he went to the payphone he had to go to and brought me along with him in the car! I remember being super scared, I was only 3 at the time. I don't remember much about that day other than the stories he told me about it, like how he dropped his wallet with like $90 in it in the water and never found it due to the pouring rain. Anyways, just thought I'd settle the legend! or rather, shed some light on it. I can't believe that was known to some extent!

There is likely still an easter egg to be discovered on Sandtrap! The writing on the walls in the temple allegedly have some meaning, a Bungie employee hinted at, and nobody has been able to decipher it yet
