How to grow Washingtonia robusta(Mexican fan palm) from seed right up until they are two years old
I started germinating these on September 20, 2017 and the final pictures are from September 21, 2019

    I've been watching your videos for 2 days..haha I now bought grow lights and my family are laughing because Im already inquiring about boxes for winter protection five years from now.. 🙃 germinating some (Mexican fan) seeds today. Also have a 6mth date palm and 6month Mexican palm now under the lights. Thanks for the videos of your journey. 🌴 you're right....with all the bad in the world, there is good too. 👍 ✌ ☮

  • LOVE YOUR PALMS. I Wish I Had That Much I Have One Mexican Fan Palm it is about a little over 4 FT Tall We Take It Outside Sometimes When it is 40s 50s 60s And Mid 70s IN MARCH This Year In 2021. We Get Very Cold In winter like -40 IN DECEMBER. And God Bless.

    I live in an apartment that faces due south. I get plenty of sunlight in the summertime. I love the Mexican Fan Palm, but should I get one for the porch?

  • Hay James I just received my order from Home Depot for a Mexican Fan Palm it's a monster can I keep it indoors in front of my sunny windows.

    Outsanding! Where are you located.. I am in NC zone 7.. I have naturalized Sabal Palmetto growing wile here.. The Ag extenion agency is blown away and the NC State school of Horticulture is working with me now to have this named.. if you want to give this one a shot let me know.. I have onhand over 2k seeds
