The guy you see in this video is not the same guy I am now. I wasn't going to bother releasing this video because so much of it is me talking about plans that were forcefully taken from me. But now that time has passed and I've adapted, best I can, to the new world, I thought it would be interesting to share where I was mentally and professionally basically RIGHT BEFORE the world turned upside down.
The best thing I took away from this event was vengeance for the loss I had at C2E2 2018! REVENGE IS MINE!

Episode 83 of my YouTube Series, Artist Alley Vlog, is up! This is the last convention before the virus shut everything down. I wasn't going to bother making this episode because shit hit the fan before I even finished editing it back in March. But it's actually interesting to explore my state-of-mind before losing all these shows. Hope, optimism, planning, belief. In this video, I discuss the plans I WAS going to execute to get to my next stage in life. The guy in this video was NOT ready for the coming months. But that's a story for a different video. Also, C2E2 2018 was my WORST show ever. So I was there to get my revenge.

I'm glad C2E2 went better for you this year!! Really appreciate you sharing this vlog, especially since cons are at a huge stand still right now. I miss going to them. :/ I finally started doing artist alley at holmat 2019 last year, and I was planning on this year being my big debut hahaha! Oh well. I'm fortunate that they weren't a major source of income for me, and I have since found a job as a contract illustrator for a catalog company, so I'm doing ok. But next year is going to be EPIC gonna apply for nearly every convention I see (Within reason haha!)!

When your video started I thought for a second you got stuck with the same exhibitor table as last time. Its good that you were able to get this show done before the mass cancellations. I've been taking this time recently to grow my online social media accounts, since II've been really neglecting that in the last year or so.

Ay! I made one of your vlogs! @12:17 it was great to meet you man. I was lucky to get that Sunday off from work. I had a Naruto card game tournament the day before and I was finally able to make C2E2 for the first time hah. Glad to know you were there so I could support! Crazy times we live in but best we can do is adapt and move on, no sense in trying to understand the past just prepare and be a better you for now and the future. hope to bump into you sometime again, I'll definitely drop in those Twitch segments when you're on!
