Thank Dr. Dunbar for discussing and analyzing the differences between negative rights and positive rights. Positive rights require more action and involvement whereas negative rights is just about not violating someone else's freedom. Positive rights aren't necessarily bad, but if implemented, need to be done extremely carefully and intelligently. Thanks for enlightening me as always.
