Mr. Wray, with all due respect Sir, you need to speak about the third bomb that was planted 'somewhere.' The assailant did not have a third old school remote detonator for no reason. Why will you folks not discuss that??? We all know that he had the 2nd phone and the 3rd remote detonator on the roof. The American public can only deduce where that third device was planted. It surely did not disappear in thin air.
