Common Ideologies:
Democracy: Free people, gets to choose their leader, when they are unhappy they can tell their leader about it.
Communism: Leaders have rule most of the country, almost no citizen rights. (Basically opposite of Democracy)
Monarchy: Communism, but worse (example: NO citizen rights in colonized countries, slaves, and gives them high taxes.) (Revolt chance increased when your ideology is Monarchy.)
Absolute Monarchy (The Tsars): Common to the Russians back in the 19th century, they were the worst form of Monarchy, Absolute Monarchy. Leaders can oppress and kill its citizens that is supporting a revolutionary group. They can use secret police to kill those suspicious people that support those groups. (Chances of civil wars and revolts greatly increased.)
