1983 Czechoslovak food slicer

This vegetable and meat slicer was a wedding present to my in-laws back in 1983, made in Rychnov nad Kněžnou in what was then Czechoslovakia. It still works perfectly.

Haven't seen this particular type before. Though there are plenty of 70s and 80s meat-slicers still around in some shops, but those are more conventional in design. I'm betting the type seen here is intended mainly for non-meat foods, including fruit. Nice-looking dried slices !
