Socializing is stressful and draining. Professional singer don't like it. They get anxiety before they go on stage. Or get butterflies in their stomach. On e they are on stage their performance is very professional that a person as myself and others wouldn't even know these people get nervous really bad. Its only because they admit it when their interviewd.
