1:05 "Everything he showed today you can find in Tuesday, Thursday wrestling class, for a day-pass" Truest words ever spoken.
  • Craig is such a good coach. You can't even tell he's drunk on nose beers 😂

Alot of this is from Craigs Power Ride instructional, great info and makes white belts absolutely miserable when you roll with them
  • Thank you, I am currently doing my Bachelor in Arts of Pinning an this helps a lot

I trained traditional bjj and I always preferred deep pinning pressure from side control or mount, not to 'allow' the back. Maybe my middle and high school wrestling background helped with that. Makes sense to me to try to keep them in the position I already have them in, and if I want to advance to a better position I will do it on my terms, not by giving them space to move.

Love how Craig has become a Catch wrestler through and through.
  • Craig should no longer be considered a BJJ guy. He's a Submission Wrestler.
