So wait, you completely missed the part in the first scene where Cap clearly demonstrates his shield is magnetized to his wrist? I thought you guys were the kings of nitpicking.

The Hulk Buster armour is not his default armour coz its inefficient against anyone except Hulk. It sacrifices Mobility, Speed and Agility just to enhance Strength. The whole purpose of the armour is to defeat Hulk (which it did in this movie). But for Alien Invasions and cosmic threats, Iron Man's standard armours are way more useful. I mean just look at the Wakanda battle in Infinity War, the War Machine armour probably killed 10-20 times more enemies than the Hulk Buster did
