The Ferndale Highschool Marching Band Kids get showered with candy via the newly re-mounted Candy Cannon.

The compressed air cannon was originally built for the 2008 Marching Band Show, "Fire And Ice", and since then has been used each year on or around Halloween to shoot candy after a practice session.

For 2023 the cannon has been mounted on a new rolling carriage with adjustable elevation.
