Don’t ever feel like you need Elijah’s side in order to have a party for her. So many single parents have their own party for their child, it’s normal and okay.

Elsy just because he can’t be there or families shouldn’t matter 🥴 you guys should be doing your own parties on your weekends no need to go off his vibe or schedule…there’s a difference between co parenting and being okay with doing your separate things so don’t be discouraged 🫤

Aw Elsy, I think it’s good that your taking your time due to court and things, but I don’t think that should of stopped you from canceling it due to “him & his side not being there” It’s okay for you to throw her a party with ONLY your side. You deserve to do it. You don’t need them & his side. I understand you want to do it for her, but believe me, you trying to let everything pass and settle down is not fair for you after everything that’s happened. She can celebrate two different times. I think your decision makes a lot of sense. Shes still so small that she won’t really remember. So you can still celebrate on your own with each side of the family. Then when she’s older and hopefully the court stuff is settled, celebrate big!! Your baby is so blessed regardless because she is surrounded by loving parents and family that always puts her best interest first. You are such an amazing mom! 💗

My mom never really threw us big parties because we didn’t have a lot of family or friends and all I remember was her trying her ass off buying us the gifts we wanted and making the food and cake ofc ❤️❤️she’s gonna remember your efforts

I love the trip idea. We took my son to an animal sanctuary for his 2nd bday last month. It was amazing to have just immediate family there. As long as your baby is with you I'm sure she'll have the time of her life ❤. You're doing an amazing job mama 🤍

You are one strong momma! Do not ever let your ex make you feel less than your true worth. There is no need to wait around to throw her a party , when it sounds like it most likely will never end up being as peaceful of a co parenting experience as you would like. Elsy we had that Smartrike for so long. Look under the peddle/foot rest area I think. They have a little mechanism you have to manually fix so it allows you to control the whole steering. Look at the manual again. You are an awesome Mom! Happy 2nd Birthday baby girl.
