  • Well done Ilythia ! You are brave for having finished nursing school, raised your daughter and managed life despite debilitating depression. I struggled with the worst depression from teenage and medication really is life- changing. Thank you for de-stigmatising medication for mental illness and sharing your story 😊❤

Never took sertraline, but I was prescribed wellbutrin for depression and binge eating disorder. It worked wonders, helped me A LOT.

Thanks for your transparency, hope things continue to get better for you ❤. I have struggled with PMDD for years and tried not to take medication because there is so much stigma attached. But thankfully I took a chance and feel so much better.

  • Karen here. Bupropion gave me back my life after having same reaction to Citalopram. Slept all day. Now its at night for anxiety and sleep. Bupropion (generic Wellbutrin) mornings after breakfast.
  • I have similar issues, so it's good that you are sharing this, I have had major moods during my pms or during my period, I no longer get my period because I'm on the birth control pill due to endometriosis, which is another whole thing
  • @chaton20
Great video! Thanks for sharing. I went on Sertraline recently and I’m feeling so down. Hopefully, it’ll start working soon.
  • @majaerkic923
Darling have you considered ADHD? It’s highly correlated to PMDD and is often misdiagnosed as depression/anxiety
