Frohes Neues Jahr!! Looking forward to your adventures in 2024😊
  • It’s fantastic that you’re actually doing it. The biggest step is always the first one. Well done! For what it’s worth, keep the plans loose. Plans hinder everything except the plan. The experience will be so much more if you remain open to all possibilities. Finally, in my own experience with travelling, most people are decent people. Trust your gut. Subscribed. 🙏🏼

Invest in Tannus Armour tire inserts. They will protect your side walls from pinch flats as well as prevent punctures. You can also run a lower tyre pressure, which will give a more comfortable ride. You can run them with tubeless sealant inside your innertubes for added protection (depending on your valve type).

Weather and mechanical mishaps are the Bain of cycle touring but like you I have found it is the best time to discover how kind most people are when you are at rock bottom physically and mentally . I think it’s a metaphor for life .
