Thank you for your video. One of your points echoes what my ENT said to me, that those that strive hardest to heal, heal last x

Thank you for all the information you share. My neurologist does not believe PPPD is different from disequilibrium, which he diagnosed me with.

Hello, I have been feeling off balance, pressure in my head, heart palpitations, shortness of breath and lightheaded for 4 weeks now. I have had an MRI, ECG, various blood tests, blood pressure checks etc etc etc. I have tried various medications and nothing has worked. Doing my own research on the Internet I came across PPPD and started to associate with the listed symptoms, especially going into a shop and having light sensitivity. I am an anxious person and have been diagnosed with GAD in the past. I’m now starting to worry that the doctors are not going to understand me or are able to give me a diagnosis. Does this sound familiar to you?

Hi, Emma! It’s Rita, again. If you recall, I started “dieting” on April 1st & started Heavy Metal Detox on April 15th along with reading Brain Smart. At my recent visit with my PCP, although I lost 7lbs my A1C went from 5.7 to 6.0 I was wondering if this increase may be caused by the daily HMD Smoothie. What do you think? Appreciate your input. Rita
  • Yes! Yes! Yes! Get off the dizzy groups. That’s why I started my platform. I NEEDED positivity. 🩷
  • Hi Emma I just want to ask you that I have just started working full time so are there any tips for me from your experience and after how long since your diagnosis you started working. Because there is so much negativity on the internet about managing pppd with work. Thank you❤ Love from India ❤

  • Please reply, only you can... I am a PhD doctor, 42 years old male, married with one baby. Taking care of a family. I have had vertigo like condition plus brain pressure, increased heart beat, for two years. I had a stroke like attack two years ago and this condition started. It started due to extreme stress and anxiety while pursuing PhD, job, family and toxic relationships. I took tests and what not, all negative. Currently taking heart medication and SSRI as prescribed by doctors. I am 70 to 80 percent better as Compared to when it started. Madam, will I recover one hundred percent 100: with rest, medication, EMDR, yoga and exercise and healthy food?
