5 BEST PLACEMENTS WHERE TO GET YOUR FIRST TATTOO

Guys, these are just SUGGESTIONS... obviously get your first tattoo wherever you want. If you already have an idea for a placement, there is no need to search for a video like this and leave comments on how I should "stop telling you what to do". Many other people are looking for thoughtful placements for their first tattoo, and I thought I'd share some advice. Also not everyone wants to have a super visible FIRST tattoo, each person has their own reasons. Not everyone wants to be covered in tattoos, and not everyones lifestyle allows them to have tattoos wherever, so if they can still fulfil their wish of having a tattoo, but being able to hide it then Im here to help with the advice.

Obviously your first tattoo should be directly on your eyeballs

My dad won a free tattoo for the best costume at a Halloween party and decided to tattoo his entire back...that was his first tattoo. I don't know what he was thinking haha

just got my 2nd tattoo yesterday, something i’ve always loved about them is that when i was a kid i would always get picked on for being SO pale, and now instead of people noticing how white i am, they notice my tattoos.

My first tattoo was a big one, with full color and shading - on my foot. That was a wild start

I love your tattoos. You really rock the pale thing you got going on here. Im planning on my first tattoo. As of now im 20 years old. Ive had one pretty big idea, since i was 17. Its heartagram, the logo of a band called HIM. May be pretty cliche to get a band logo, but i dont really care for other peoples opinion too much. I just dont know in which part of my arm id like to get it, AND the design, colors and all that jazz. Id like that it would match my possible future tattoos. Thats why i havent rushed to get it. I like black/white tattoos & metal/rock n roll styled tattoos, as thats my style anyways.

I recommend the upper arms for first tattoos as well. No lower than a quarter sleeve shirt in placement. Easily hidden and not painful. I've run out of space because that area on my arm is full and now have moved to my thighs 😄 As someone who travels quite frequently it's nice to not automatically be judged for my tattoos as no one i work with knows I have them. I’m getting my 1st tattoo on my 18th birthday in a couple of months. I’ve gone for the design I’ve wanted for years (floral moon piece on my thigh). Went to book it and it’s going to take about five hours...talk about throwing myself in at the deep end hehe

My first tattoo is 3 weeks old, healed now, and I did exactly this: inner bicep with a meaningful palm size tattoo just for me, very personal, hidden under my arm next to my heart 🧡 though I love showing it off, I'm always wearing tanks~

My first was on my chest, script about an inch under my collarbone! I actually thought it was almost painless

Good tips! My first one was my knee/upper thigh. My thought process was that it would be very hidden. Any time I'm in shorts I know it's a casual situation that I wouldn't need to hide it. 5 hours and it was painful but I'm glad I went with it. I also wanted to make sure it would look good if it was my only piece I got. Now I've gotten more and started on my shoulder and working my way down to more visible pieces.
