  • I'd always waited fifteen to twenty minutes for anything from a single apple pie to a meal. Crowd levels matter too.

    Now I know why my order number disappears but the food is nowhere near ready.

    The only thing they don’t tell u or show u in reality the place is usually understaffed severely because people are always quitting- u get yelled at for not being fast enough, u get late lunch, maybe lunch and not all of ur breaks, it’s unsanitary to work there, underpaid, verbal abuse from angry costumers (besides ur manager), they’ll work u to the bone. Also, they run out of soap to clean the dishes so they use laundry detergent or just plain hot water. One time there wasn’t any hot water so they had to use cold water- grease and cold water don’t mix.

    I used to work at macs. Peak hour was quite insane with the limited crew, not really 11-15 ppl like what they say... The 150s fast food incentive is abit skeptical, thats why the managers keep pushing out the orders as ready even though they are still prepping one other thing ppl dont usually talk about is the pay rate ($7-8). it is absurd for the amount of work and stuff we have to put through in a customer facing role.

    Nowadays all the McDonald's burgers and drinks are made in bulk and left there for a long period. If you have a special order, you need to wait at least 15 mins no kidding (no longer fast food LOL). The drinks are also most of the time diluted and no longer gassy. Oh and the fries getting lesser and lesser... sighhh

    LMAO Here in America there's like three people, including the manager, in a McDonalds and that food is never thrown out.

    For show only, ordered but didn’t even asked me if I want any sauce, always no sauces and sometimes even ‘forget’ to put items inside, when home to checked thn find out got missing items, nugget,happy meal toy etc . Worst outlet Waterway Point

    Now I guess now we know why the franchisees have to dilute the drinks, downsizing the large fries to medium. It is to keep the bottomline and balancing all that food cost that gets thrown out. Eventually consumers are short changed for what we're paying for.

    When I bought Taiwan’s McDonald, they will only call out your number in the screen when your food is ready. Over here in SG 90% of the time, when they call out your number, your food is NOT READY. Your number is reflected READY FOR COLLECTION in the screen so just to hit the management KPI.

    Haha, in Malaysia they still serve it. Coke also sitting at the counter and we are served the diluted drink.

    Lanchao after 7 mins you discard the fries, this outlet is at senja close bukit panjang always serve SOGGY FRIES like their face also..
