The government wants to introduce some new legislation that would legally enforce doctors turning up to work on strike days. While the sentiment seems sound (ensuring that patients don't come to harm during industrial action), I think some grave oversights in the proposed act could cripple medical professionals' ability to negotiate.

I want to go Scotland. Could you do a video comparing Scotland and Englands healthcare systems, and advantages and disadvantages to both? Also, 1 hour of thug shake livestream is key to getting doctor raise (Rishi and Victoria Atkins told me fr)

I agree that the government should not strike! As the NHS is an emergency service! So you need to go to work. And talk to your boss! But still work! I am only paid the national living wage! That is low pay! You have a good pay!

Thank you for the coverage of this! Do you think this could come up in a med school interview? I've got mine in 2 weeks and I'm aware of the ongoing strikes, but should this be something I mention?

It is not fair, physicians, pharmacists and nurses have the right to protest if they see a huge injustice in the health care environment, especially when most health care professionals in the NHS make a fraction of the money others make in other places in the world

  • Y'all work 3 hours a day in the majority of GP offices. The nurses are lazy, aggressive & have a superiority complex, Hello đź‘‹ NEWSFLASH, if you wanted to be rich, you should've become an entrepreneur not a glorified bottom wiper. Dr's never turn up to clinic & if they do they dont care about patients wellbeing, its just Hi, I'm going to ignore everything you've said & your worries, be condescending towards you then prescribe morphine or an antibiotic that we both know will destroy your gut health & have you back here in 3 weeks. I dont feel sorry for you lot. 30-36k to train is perfectly fine. It goes up to 70+k after your training anyway. You lot are always driving Range Rovers & live in the best areas. So WHAT ARE YOU STRIKING FOR????
