Shane Van Gisbergen is the best thing to happen to NASCAR in a long time.

American here but I'm so proud of SVG. I'm going to buy some gear.

As an American who watched V8 supercars for years and cheered for Shane specifically. This has been awesome to watch

What SVG is doing right now and what he is accomplishing is not just beyond words incredible, but also an absolute joy to watch not just as an SVG fan, but as a fan in general. And I know this is only the beginning of the greatness he is going to achieve here in the US. I knew when he won Chicago that he was something special and his now back-to-back Xfinity wins and third NASCAR win overall continues to prove it. And his signature track long burnout following and drifting by Hill was amazing in of itself too haha

This is a good (normal) drift celebration for SVG, the trolling Hill bit was particularly funny, but the best win celebration of any motorsport I have seen is when he wedged his boot under the throttle and did a burnout against the pit wall while standing on the roof!

To have the guy you paid back throw a fit by parking in front of you on the cool down lap....only to then start doing victory drifts in his rearview mirror...that is just beautiful...and then wave to him as he enters the pits and you continue to do burnouts in where he can see then just lol it couldnt have happened to a nicer guy than AHill. SVG is f*ckin awesome.

What you see is what you get in NZ and OZ. Nobody's faking it here. Shane has always been a straight shooter, and he ain't taking crap from anyone. We Holden fans love our Kiwi brother and know he will do what ever it takes. You better start learning the Haka, and how to use those Footballs. A Pakeha Prince of the Pedal has arrived. And behold a Nascar Horse and his name that sat in it was Gis, and Hell and Toe followed him.
