Your a life saver! For the impatient people I would Edit out the first 2 minutes of the video.. We didn't come for to find out how to "deactivate" that's easy. Also Facebook help doesn't tell you how, just what will happen. Thanks sooo much for the link. The mystery remains unsolved so I really need it. Thanks again! :)

Clear as mud. I set this A/c up maybe 20 years ago and have long forgotten my password. I can't get rid of them. They make it impossible.
