How is falsifying business records an official act for any person? Let alone a president?
  • @stardust4987
He wasn't the President when he committed these crimes,he was Candidate Trump a private citizen. The Immunity for "Official Acts" has no bearing on this case.
  • @mikel.5850
But he wasn’t president at the time he was running for office while paying Bill to keep her quiet not in office big difference
  • So more of Trump not saying that he didn't do it, but claiming that it was ok for him to do it
  • NOT SHOWING HIS INCOME TAXES LIKE OTHER NOMINEES FOR THE PRESIDENCY AND NOT PAYING INCOME TAXES FOR 10 YRS OR MORE STEALING GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS AND MANY MORE CRIMES ,GET HIM OUTA HERE !!!

Incredibly to see what one man can cause so much wasted money.
  • @Msltfoster
So, Adultery and paying people he slept with not to tell is an official act? Epic reach!
  • @JayDKB
Expand the Supreme court they are no longer unbiased.
  • @robertgarcia217
Or stealing government documents after he was no longer a president 😂
  • @sooz9433
NOPE and cnn NOPE to you too.🤨
  • @Zedja
That's not how presidential immunity works. It's only for things that happen while being president. Not something that happens before or after.
