I did end up using one of the liner brush in bright pink to finish the set off but if u are reading this u will read that these didn't last 5 minutes, I only did a thin layer of acrylic (as I thought I was going to put more on top) but only using gel, they just weren't thick enough. I REALLY wanted to keep them on so every time one broke (which was 4 times!!!) I just made myself another nail using the dual forms!!!! After a 5th nail broke, I gave up and took them all off LOL. God loves a tryer!!!!
But I do hope u enjoyed this video regardless of most of them falling off! and if anyone knows how to use the dual forms, they will see that I wasn't using enough acrylic to keep the nails strong lol

When I started doing my own nails 30+ years ago all my stuff fit in a basket about 10" in diameter. Lol you did a great job showing that all the bells and whistles available now aren't needed to do a set. I had/have reusable forms as dual forms weren't around then and no E file for shaping/smoothing just different grits of files. I love all the time saving devices the nail industry has come up with. I just wish I didn't have a room full. Lol

I’m actually new to acrylic. I’ve always used hard gel. I did acrylic with dual forms today coincidentally! It actually is very easy even with your opposite hand. The only problem I had is they were too thin. But with some work they are super easy. I highly recommend. And also use a slow setting acrylic so you can really take your time

Omg....😀😀😀I didn't think there was another individual who would use the dual forms like I do....😁😁😁😁 When I do its because am testing out a new acrylic or gel polish etc.... here I thought I was the only one....now I know am not the only one...

I’ve seen a few techs lately using dual forms to make a tip, but they put the form a bit away from the ‘cuticle’ area so they can build a tidier apex with a brush.
