Same rocket. Both are great. That first bsr is my favorite one of the bunch. Blacked out putasos def look cooler i think! The peony putaso one is ny fave of that bunch.

Identical but different effects. They're both 3" ball shells, shouldn't expect anything different. Unless you're talking about 1.3g mortar shell known brands and their quality, that's a different book.
