  • Exactly. I slept at a hotel this past weekend and woke up without any of the usual lower back pain and stiffness. Returned home, slept in my bed and the pain the next morning was debilitating. The following night I slept on an exercise mat on the floor - "bamb" no pain.

I have back pain, hips, legs, everything. When i go away the mattress is soft and i didnt know what is was like to wake uo without severe backpain until i slept on a soft one. I have to change mine, its firm, and i wake up in agony. I fall alseep on my side and wake up on my back always. I was told soft mattress is bad for u but for me it turns out i need a soft one even tho he said in the vid a firm one is for back pain like mine

Very useful indeed. I think I need a harder mattress. Thanks Will.
  • What if you’re a side sleeper and the back pain feels best when you walk around or get up? What type of mattress works best then?
  • In my 30’s look for a new mattress to support my lower back pain and sciatica… this was extremely helpful
