Glossaryck was never on anyone's side. He created a figurative soup of pure chaos and wonder, and he sat there savoring it in every moment like his favorite flavor.

I think I kind of understand that Glossaryck saying that he is not tall enough to go on any ride was actually one of his weird metaphors this whole time. He had all the power and knowledge, but never the maturity and he was not getting any more mature as time passed.

Glossaryck is the embodiment of the saying, "God works in mysterious ways..."

I didn't realize at 1:18 Glossaryck is the only character to ever reach through dimensions without the use of Dimensional scissors
  • @Fandom_Man
9:10 I still find it crazy that this scene was the only time Glossaryck ever used a small percent of his actual power

29:44 “A good captain always goes down with his ship” is the line the show’s creators chanted while forcing Starco on us throughout the series in the worst way possible.

This whole show is just Glossaryck's convoluted suicide plan.
  • Am I the only one who thinks that he’s not actually dead and is just in whatever magic world that he made the soup in for Star?

old guy's prolly gotten tired of dealing with all the bs so he orchestrated the whole ordeal basically to end himself taking, perhaps millions of other beings made entirely out of magic with him. so in other words, he is a rather complex villain and a commentary on immortality.

I like how Rhomulus calls Glossaryck a jerk but every scene I see Rhom in, he acts like a perpetual man child douchbag

According to the book, the whole high magic commission council are his kids.

I loved how their cheek marks are that of the cards with a heart, spade, club and a diamond because they're the main pieces of the bigger game

You know this is probably the first and only show where destroying magic was the good ending. Usually it is preserving magic or preventing it from being gone or destroyed, as if the source of magic is damaged it will have terrible consequences. But here it was the End goal

Can't believe anyone let Rhombulus be on the magic high Council. You know, the council that dethroned Eclipsa? The council that continually fucks up? What are they even for.

You know, in this compressed version its pretty clear that Glossaryck was basically the man behind everything. And, by extension, every bad thing too - for instance, it was he who made a villain out of Toffee. Which means that Glossaryck is basically the actual big bad of the show. Take from it what you will.

The level of wisdom and power this individual posses is frightening, except the part where he helps for pudding and uses his powers to create some sort sandwich (? 3:15 for reference)

Man. I never really appreciated Glossaryck's character, but man, he's amazing. A perfect balance of random and wise

Every time I watch this part 12:55 it hits me in the brain to think about how Glossaryck comes up with a plan unexpectedly. I always thought it was some sort of way that telling from his expression on his face he didn't wanted to be here, but he had to stay not just because of the book, but because to keep StarFire safe from her sister. (My theory from 3 years ago)
