My man did not just slander DJ Stryker.
  • There's nothing in this world that slaps quite like hanging out with your friends, smoking some weed, filling your belly with diet soda, and playing burnout revenge for the PS2

This popped up in my recommends. Great editing, clear commentary, and fun topic. I miss this era of arcadey racing games. Now, everything wants to be a sim, soulless and by the books.
  • I think the highlight of Burnout Paradise was the DLC Big Surf Island. Itā€™s packed full of tight races, really big jumps and just an overall more compact experience. If you havenā€™t played it, give it a chance!

The satisfaction that comes from dodging traffic in 3 is much greater than the thrill of smashing into everything in Revenge. When you get a clean run in 3, avoiding all obstacles, the sense of speed and satisfaction is unmatched in any other racing game ever.

Always respect and appreciate a fledgling youtuber who doesn't ask/beg for subs and likes but just lets his/her content speak for itself. Earned yourself a sub man šŸ‘

Burnout Revenge is my all-time favorite game in the Burnout series. While I enjoyed Burnout Paradise, the open world format didn't quite resonate with me. I believe that individual tracks are a better fit for a Burnout game. One significant advantage of individual tracks is the variety of locations they can offer. Each track can provide a completely distinct atmosphere, whether it's a high-speed chase through the snowy Alps, a thrilling race through the neon-lit streets of Tokyo, or a scenic drive along the coast of Italy. In contrast, an open world tends to have a uniform vibe throughout, even if it includes diverse environments like seaside areas, mountains, and urban landscapes. The consistency of the world can make different areas feel similar, losing the unique feel that distinct tracks can provide. Another reason I prefer individual tracks is the learning curve they offer in a high-speed game like Burnout. Much like in an F1 game, players can memorize the layout of each track, mastering the optimal lines for entry and exit on corners. This deepens the gameplay experience, making it more satisfying to perfect your racing technique on familiar tracks rather than plowing through the open world. What I really want is another Burnout Revenge, but I doubt that's likely, given the current trend favoring open-world racing games.
  • finally, someone who recognized that Burnout Revenge is the peak of Burnout, mah man you won yourself a subscriber
  • My favorite was Revenge on the PS2. Used to smoke weed and fill my belly with diet soda while playing.
  • @ChaosPootato
Burnout 3 deserves the praise it gets, the visuals are sick, the music is sick, the driving is awesome and the amount of content you get is mind boggling. I absolutely agree it's one of the best driving games ever
  • @Muffloneko
in my neighbourhood, everyone played burnout 3, and i mean everyone, the girls the guys the fathers the uncles the kids, everyone wanted to play burnout and have fun and laugh, especially multiplayer with the 2 screens and all, that tells you how LEGENDARY the game is, and i cannot believe how dogshit EA is for having the franchise hostage, they literally will have insane amount of money just by remastering 3 and revenge and having it on pc
  • Burnout 3 takedown. Wow so much nostalgia behind it. After playing both revenge and paradise. It doesnt compete with takedown. The pick up and play action of takedown is what brings me back
  • @spongebobfan78
Fun fact: Dominator on PSP has 2 DLC tracks, which, according to beta and unused stuff from the PS2 version, were originally cut tracks for the PS2 version.
  • @Forrealsyall
great to see new videos, I never get tired of hearing someone just passionately rant about a series they love. Good stuff as always, man
  • @NotHeresrsly
I really wish Paradise offered both options - like, either linear menus of races (you instantly arrive at the relevant intersection, etc), or the open world version
  • Revenge's bloom is a crime against humanity. Way, way, waaay too overdone
  • Love this vid, good to see more people giving Burnout the respect it deserves. Burnout 3 and Revenge will always be my favorite racing games ever.
  • This just popped into my recommended, and Iā€™ve immediately put it on. My brother and I had Burnout 1 on our (now my) original Xbox when we were kids, and we frequently rented out 3/Revenge whenever we got a chance. Iā€™ve only just started this video, but Iā€™m so here for the ride. Itā€™s a shame how no one talks about this genre of fun, arcade-y racers anymore. Looking forward to what youā€™ve got to say about the series!
  • Showtime in Paradise City looks like something straight out of Bollywood lol šŸ˜‚
