“I grabbed this deck of cards, and I flipped a 7. And I started doing seven push-ups. I flipped a 6; I did six. I flipped a 9; I did nine. I flipped a 2; I did two. I flipped another 9; I did nine until I got all the way through the deck. Jack, Queen, King worth 10. Aces – 25 and Jokers – 50. Until I got sick and tired of what pain felt like in my gut…I shuffled them all over again, and I started doing sit-ups. I wanted to make sure sports wasn’t the reason I started training. It was to make sure another man never put his hands on my mama…" - Ray Lewis

I started working out because of Ray. I finally got in great shape. I was in a bad accident, and was run over by a 4 wheel drive truck. The doctors said my great physical shape saved my life. Thank you Ray. I love you.

  • I will be a Paramedic and a motivation to society in Jesus name 💪💯🙌
  • Listening to this has motivated me to push myself to be apart of my school varsity football team, I might not be that strong, or athletic as others but Ray Lewis is a perfect example of determination and effort
  • I can’t believe I shed a tear for a person I’ve never met. I’m so sorry for the pain Mr. Lewis is going through today. I can’t imagine my son summoned into afterlife before I.

I had the same problem and about a year ago I was a video about what ray Lewis did with the cards and I tried it and did it every day for 3 months and the next time my old step dad hit my mom I finally stood up for her and beat him up but it hurt me to do that but he put my momma in the hospital several times and he never messed with her again.

I’m 58 years old and just finished my 3rd degree in accounting. I had a D+ average from an inner city high school with high odds against me, but videos like these encouraged me to reach for the God in me🙏🏾 Thank you!
  • i listen to this every morning for the past year and still get goosebumps

There's 596 total reps in Ray's card method of training, he would do hundreds of push ups and then do sit ups until his body couldn't move. Then probably ran until his legs gave out from under him. His motivation was his mother, to make sure she will never have another man hurt her

I ride the bench for my highschool team. I know I’m better than 5 of the players who play ahead of me and thats real talk. I choke during practice I freeze due to lack of confidence because I think to myself “I’ll never be as good as these kids” I get in my own head. I want it tho. I want it more than anybody. I want it for my family and I want it for everybody who is doubting me. I will get out of my own head. I will achieve my goal.
