Collagen changed my life. Before, I used to have a poor diet and didn’t supplement my body. Now, I take my collagen every other day and I changed my diet completely, my life has changed for the best. I have suffered with severe anxiety due to childhood traumas and many other problems but with good supplementation I have noticed how I changed my approach to life and how I handle my daily problems, without mentioning how happy and great I feel everyday. Each day I feel this gratitude and happiness that nothing can take from me, it’s called “happiness is a state of mind”. If I only knew this before!
