Thanks Harry 🙏🙏🙏 The brain retraining mentioned according to Alan Gordon also helped me a lot. 4 years later almost recovered now.

Thanks for sharing everything you do! I find your channel so useful. 12 months and almost recovered!
  • Super helpful Harry. Thanks so very much for taking the time to share what has helped you most. Most grateful.
  • Hi Harry, just found you and thanks for your channel! Did you have the covid jab? I think it’s really important to talk openly about this as it could be the the elephant in the room! I’m a mother of two grown up children I tried so hard to get them to think critically about the jab but they got sucked into the mind control of the fear based propaganda! They didn’t listen to me and I was devastated! 😢

Alan Gordons work is great, huge help for any mind-body symptom.

How did you schedule the work with nervous system? Did you do something every hour (say box breathing, then the stimulator next time, and so on)? How did it practically look like?
  • I feel like I am in a similar place to you now. Over two years in, All my symptoms being neurological, I’m back to living a normal life, weight train a few times a week, back rolling bjj (what is important to me as I own my own BJJ school) but still get weird head pressure, brain fog, spells of fatigue and few other bits. Like you , I don’t feel 100 percent there but I’m grateful and believe il get there. One thing that didn’t help me was the Vax, made things A LOT worse. (Just my experience) Thanks for the content Harry

Did you end up taking maraviroc and statins? Did they help you?
  • @deborahbutel2622
Thanks Harry, that’s great are you running again without PEM?

Sounds like your bidy naturally recovered from the virus. Unfortunately you were doing other things that youve attributed to your recovery. Glad fir you, but please dont believe brain training or anything else helped you recover. It was just your time.
