Elvis was like a conductor. He knew when each instrument should play, the tempo, his backup singers…everything. And let’s not forget his voice with a range like no other.
-
Far and away, the best version of this song. Elvis in tremendous form , and James Burton is in a class of his own. The TCB Band were the Gold standard.

The name. The look. The voice. The talent. There can only be one person who was the pinnacle of it all. ELVIS

That's the King forever!!!

The recording industry changed when Elvis began recording. Things are done today because of Elvis' music genius. He knew who and what was supposed to happen each second. There were 31 takes of Hound Dog before he selected the master at 28 after listening to them all over and over. The man was a master himself which is why he'll be listened to forever and ever.

Tallahassee brought me here.

Elvis has been in his grave for forty-seven years and is just as cool today as he was when he was alive!
-
This is the best recording ever. Mixed professionally by RCA live in Vegas

Элвис Пресли. Всегда супер исполнение. Незабываемое зрелище. Неподражаемо и неповторимо. Навсегда звезда.

Seeing Elvis live when I was 9 years old in 1970 changed my life forever. Elvis rearranged ever musical molecule in my brain. Then seeing Elvis a total of 12 times all over the USA from 1970-1976 with my Mama and daddy was the most sweetest sounds I have ever heard sung...

Lovely song. I was addicted to prescription and street drugs when a young man. Clean for 26 years now. No god can help at all when at my lowest. No church pew could ever help. Way beyond that place. I had friends who tried to go to church when addicted. They didn't remember where they were the day after. Most of them died , not all. They couldn't and wouldn't find any professional help. It was there in front of them. Even today I miss thier wasted talents
