Let’s talk about Sjogren’s syndrome and an interesting protocol I would do if I had Sjogren’s syndrome.

Sjogren’s syndrome is an autoimmune disease that is commonly mistaken for dry eyes or dry mouth. It’s a chronic problem that can progress and can affect the sinuses, gastrointestinal tract, lungs, kidneys, and nervous system.

It’s common for people with Sjogren’s syndrome to have other autoimmune diseases. There is also a lot of pain and fatigue and a high risk of lymphoma associated with Sjogren’s syndrome.

Women are more likely to have Sjogren’s syndrome than men. One cause of Sjogren’s syndrome is a genetic weakness that can become triggered by certain environmental factors. The trigger or stress factor is usually Epstein-Barr virus or cytomegalovirus brought out of remission from a stress event.

There is also some interesting research that suggests that this problem could be initiated in the gut. If you have an autoimmune disease or inflammatory disease, it’s crucial to get your diet on the right track.

The natural protocol for Sjogren’s syndrome that I would do addresses putting the immune system back in balance.

The best protocol for Sjogren’s syndrome:
1. Sweet wormwood
2. Broccoli sprouts (sulforaphane)
3. Sauerkraut
4. Vitamin D
5. Vitamin A (cod liver oil)
6. Black currant seed oil
7. Coconut oil
8. Cordyceps mushroom

  • High stress/grief/emotional trauma is the trigger. Mine went into remission using hyperthermia treatments (fever bath, dry sauna etc) , turmeric externally with castor oil and turmeric internally, ground chia and flaxseeds, greens, lots of garlic, cruciferous veggies - all every day. Along with a whole foods 100% plant based diet, plenty of water, sunshine, rest, exercise and trust in God.

Stress is an internal killer! … Relaxing more, spending time doing things you love, and being with people who make you laugh is a quick list of remedies to work on too 😉👍✨

Incredible… I’ve increased my vitamin D and A and it has made a significant difference in my Sjogrens symptoms! Love you, Dr. Berg!
  • Thank you so much, Dr Berg. Not many people talk about Sjögren’s when they talk about autoimmune disease so this is soooo appreciated! I get overwhelmed trying to figure out things that can help but your video is very clear and so helpful. 🙏🏻❤️
  • I am always blown away at your knowledge and the depth of research you do and then to give us, your viewers, your honest opinions and advice, all for free. Bless you!
  • @maritevans838

I’m convinced that trapped emotions are the cause of a lot of diseases like this one.
  • @kewpified

Thank you Dr. Berg! As a practicing allopathic physician, I find your common sense, research and synthesis invaluable. You are truly a national treasure. As a premed I worked at a tissue typing lab where we were offered free HLA testing (to see if they wanted to buy our blood for antibody test generation), and advised that I have types associated with autoimmune disease. One of my parents has vitiligo, sialolithiasis, dry mouth and oral aphthous. My daughter complaints of dry eyes. We will start your regimen asap!
  • Fascinating. Convinced I'm fighting something. Learned I had food allergies, and got autoimmune symptoms. Wish I knew more about this many years ago. Thankyou Dr Berg.
  • @doraray9964
I learned more from you about my own sickness than from my Dr ...Thank you ❣🙏🥰
  • @noseycow7681

  • @eLLBdotmusic
WOW!!! I am blown away! Thank you for this video. I was diagnose with Sjogren's in April 2022. Let's just say my doctor was not helpful at all. I already do a few things on this list (vit D and sauerkraut) but will incorporate all now. I use to do cod liver oil and coconut oil long before I was diagnose. I will begin again and will keep you posted. God Bless. PS: One of the Williams Sisters have it. I am so happy more people are speaking out about it. Thanks again DR
  • @yikes7607
This video answers a lot of my questions, it explains a lot. Thank you so much. It seems stress really is a huge player in the state of our health, perhaps even an underlying factor for most diseases. I'm very sorry for people who like myself are stuck in a really bad place with no chance of getting out any time soon. Stress can be so corrosive and destructive, especially when it starts wreaking havoc on a subconscious level it gets harder and harder to manage. Hopefully the suggested dietary changes will help, at least they are a bit more within my control.
  • Thank you Dr. Berg, for another excellent video! God Bless you and yours, and all of us as well.
  • @amartin9293
Thank you so much for this! They seemed to have no answers for this and it can be hell to live with.
