In my entire life (I'm 70) there have been only 2 public figures whose passing made me cry. One was Princess Diana and the other was Steve Irwin. So proud of you Robert. You've successfully stepped into your father's shoes.

It made my heart happy when he said, “You’re alright mate.” Steve Jr. in every way possible.

The fact he dives into the water to get the swan without a single grain of hesitation is amazing. There need to be more people like him in the world.

I grew up watching his father, always loved him , I was only 9 when we lost Steve, but its amazing that his legacy continues strong through his family, he would be so proud

Did anyone else notice Robert's knee (4:42) he must have cut it when he jumped in the water...wow kudos to him!!!!!

We have to be ambassadors of our animals like Robert here. Fishing line, and other synthetic materials are deadly to animals. We are so careless with our stuff, and animals pay for it. I am happy for the wonderful outcome. Well done Robert, and team.

People are very careless why can't they take their garbage home with them. This poor Swan was very lucky... So happy it was a Happy outcome. Many many thanks guys you are Brilliant.!!!!!!!

Been watching your family from America since before you the Irwin children were born. I can't believe how beautifully you've all grown up. Your ALL amazing. Steve has a brilliant legacy in you and even at my age (70) I've learned so much about conservation and preservation of the world's wildlife. Thank you and I pray for a wonderful new year for all of you and Australia !!!
