In the first Tory Shadow Cabinet Meeting, Kemi Badenoch ripped into Suella Braverman for having a 'very public' nervous breakdown during her speech in Washington.

James O'Brien has one question: 'What's going on?'

This comes as Suella Braverman attacked the Progress Pride flag and described it as "a symbol of our failure as Conservatives" during her National Conservatism Conference speech.

The former home secretary has criticised the outgoing Tory government for flying the flag, which represents the LGBTQ+ community, and accused them of allowing children to transition to a different gender.

"Kemi Badenoch has accused Suella Braverman of having a breakdown in America because she's still fighting the culture wars that for a long time Badenoch seemed to be a senior general in", says James O'Brien.

Suella Braverman and Kemi Badenoch are the British version of Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert. 😂

Woke is anything that infuriates the Daily Mail.

For 14 years the Tories have infuriated me but now they are out of power I love the fact they are still imploding
  • @philmayhem
jesus, we really should just stop giving this broken in-fighting party any airtime.

"I'm more of a heartless sociopath!" "No, I am!'

This Tory infighting reminds me of the Judean Peoples' Front against the Peoples' Front Of Judea.

I hope that nobody forgets what the Tories did to this country in the last 14 years and keep them out of office forever.

Did Woke replace snowflake? I always found snowflake ❄️ a strange one as majority of the 'snowflakes' moaning were the ones furious over every little things from vegan sausagerolls to xmas signs or watever

A handy distraction to confuse the bigot. Something to get them furious, without ever telling them what they’re actually furious about.

No-one's told Braverman that the war's over and she's still fighting. Badenock just seems to be permanently combative.

Each is worse than the other. Just mindless ambition bundled together with hate, division. They have not a single positive contribution to make to this country.

The vile turning on the vile. Kemi vs. Cruella.
  • The Conservatives need to be very careful. There were dozens and dozens of seats lost to the Lib Dems at the last election, and elsewhere where moderate voters have shifted to Labour. The last Lib Dem fall back was when they were in government. That won't be a factor next time. Keep going ever further to the extremes at your peril - never mind the harm it does to the country.

Suella is starting to come across like a third rate Katie Hopkins.

I refuse to buy Dyson products because of his support of Brexit and the way he treats his employees. Business is business, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

She was pandering to the yanks... Truss did the same when we went to do a speech in the USA.
  • Urghhhhh both of these vile women are horrendous. They just can't live in peace and let others live in peace. What is wrong with them? We have one life, it's so ridiculous spending the little time we have worrying so much about other people who are just trying to live their own lives. All this nastiness and division is knackering.

I just always assumed "culture wars" was just a name to describe self righteous Mail readers getting recreationally angry about people other than themselves enjoying the same rights they take for granted.
