Out of all the historical inaccuracies of the game, one of the few historical facts that they captured accurately is just how useless the Praetorians really were against actual soldiers.

Considering how he acted out in the beginning of the game as we met him, You have to give Commodus some credit - He actually took some level in badass. Being able to fight off Damocles for that long. Of course, minus the 'shortening the odds' things.

8:52 notice how his arm was shaking when he pointed the sword to Nero. That's years of anger and hatred barely contained in the body of a pissed off centurion

Remember getting to this scene and getting crazy goose bumps when he told the emperor "YOU ARE NEXT." Awesome voice acting in this game, great story.
