I first joined NFCU in 1986 when I was stationed in SE Asia and it's certainly changed since then. Now they let anybody in, they're always in the news due to shady activities and the service has decreased significantly. Glad they're tightening their reins!!

I join Navy Federal with an excellent credit score and they gave me a credit card card of 25,000 I had this card over a year and a half and I asked for interest rate and they didn’t give it to me for interest rate reduction and they didn’t give it to me, but that’s what the guy told me to do if they had the card almost a year and a half. I asked him for a rate reduction and they said no.

I got my brother and girlfriend into NFCU, they both got 25K. My brother have a little money issues, but have been working his job for 25 yrs. My girlfriend lives with me, she have no money issues that I know of.
