Since Baze10 was out of ideas to make more money from his regime as the Caretaker, he approached Mark and he advised that the only way forward is to put fear in the minds of the tenants. He volunteered to be the so called Covid 19 victim to be taken to the quarantine center on agreement that the money made from the plan will be on percentage. But Baze10 saw the idea as an opportunity to take his revenge while making more money from the tenants.
