Hypnosis - Stop Smoking Immediately - (Deep Anchoring!!)

Quitting smoking can be like dieting, there can be a yo-yo effect. Therefore, this hypnosis tries to find an approach that is free of avoidance, rejection or judgment. If we want to change something, it is like sailing, we are allowed to let go of one shore this way we can entrust ourselves to change and arrive at a new shore and be grateful that our raft carried us.

How can you let go of what might emotionally entangle you in thoughts? This thought in mind, I came to the conclusion that we have to love everything we want to let go of. We have to accept the "present" in love and gratitude so that it lets go of us, but we also have to let go of the addiction, the poverty, the pain, the desire. Love that you smoke, love that it gave you many great moments in your life, love that the cigarette was there when you had weak moments in your life.

Now look at smoking and say that you let go of smoking, that you have a free will of your own and that smoking has no place in your life from now on. Thank the "smoking" for being there but during this hypnosis you will turn around and to beginn a new phase of your life and it is without smoking.

You are free in your will and in great love with your body, your body loves you too and together you are strong. So you know how grateful your body will be when you give up smoking. Out of love for you and your body, just let smoking go and it will no longer be a part of your life.

    I listened to this the day it came out. Only once and I haven't smoked since. Sometimes I want to and I just don't. I can't explain how this worked but I'm so happy it did. Thank you so much. ❤❤

    This worked for me ! I used to smoke more than 11 years. I listened to this and now it's been 2 weeks since I last smoked and I don't feel any craving, I don't think about it. I hope this helps a lot of people, please give it a try , it's mind blowing that it actually worked! God bless all of you and give you strength to stay strong into quitting

    I'm not sure yet if this is going to work but I wasnt expecting to cry like that, 🤕 when he said " feel the love your body has for you, it forgives you " it really felt like my body was another person and i was killing it, I felt really guilty and sad. I saw images of me as a child and was thinking " you would never do that to her, you'd never poison her " . Powerful! I'm sure that reprogramming your brain is the best way, just have to find the right way/person to do it.

    I just finished listening to this and it’s deep instilled in me that I need to love my body though it has forgiven me for all the abuse I put it through.My mind and body have an agreement sealed that I’ll only breath free and fresh from now on. I’ll periodically update on the 100% progress of being a non smoker hereafter.

    I have smoked for over 40yrs. I have COPD & have had several close calls. Just 5 days ago I dialed 911 in severe respiratory distress. I promised myself this time NO MORE SMOKING ! I have really only tried one other time to quit & I was successful for 5 months before starting again. This time I want it to be for good so I am putting in more effort, but the cravings & mood swings are bad. I just finished the video & it was very relaxing. I am hoping it will aid me in my battle. Thank you

    I love this so much. I'm not a regular smoker, but still, I had my moments where I'd smoke a lot specially when I was stressed or at social gatherings. Now I absolutely don't feel like I need to smoke at all. Moments where I would otherwise have smoked I've managed to not do so after listening to this.   • I smoke for various reasons, deeply personal and am an extreme smoker. The self commitments to my body to quit felt daunting, scary, rather than Im sure i can do this. At this point im not confident that i can fully commit to quit but will keep on listening with a positive attitude until my body has a natural reaction to no cravings cos my mind is no longer focused on smoking...not ready to just rip off the band aid but committed to making this work...thank you Steviejoe
