Noticed how his mask was still damaged when he woke up. I'm thinking they knocked him unconscious, shoved Joy into his mouth, and dragged him 2 his place of work where they hoped the Joy would still have effect on him when he woke up, which it did not affect him anymore, so they were wrong

Shame the game flopped in sales. It's truly an underrated masterpiece. Although there are some questionable gameplay choices and a some minor bugs. The world is still lively and full of lore. Sometimes I think on ways the game could've improved like if Joy, Crash, and Overdose, and Histoplasma actually changes the way you perceive certain objects in the world. But the story more than makes up for it.
