I remember a big one that bothered me the whole first season= in an early episode Rory says Chilton requires all students to be on a sports team but that storyline is dropped immediately after she plays golf once with her grandpa as practice.

everyone is saying how perfect Dave was, but what about Henry from season 2? Lane and Henry met at Madeline's Chilton party and they had a secret relationship and according to Lane, he was perfect and didn't want her mom to find out because once Henry was approved by her parents, Lane wouldn't be interested any more
