Halo Haggar/Halo Megabloks gameplay

This is a WIP fix for the build, this is what it can do so far, not much, and is a frankenstein of backyard heroes and halo megabloks but the idea is we can use backyard heroes to compare whats wrong with the main build and maybe find some hacky fixes, seems a lot of this build is corrupt though, but surprisingly just adding the backyard heroes xex to the zombie haggar build lets you load a player into the game
