We were getting so many ebook sign ups that the application crashed, but it is back up now for everyone asking. Merci x

This is so inspirational! I’m a 54 year old YouTuber and decided to buy a home in France a year ago. I’m renovating my property little by little and one day I will be living in France full-time. Seeing your channel has helped me keep the faith that I too will have the life that I truly dream of. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Janice, I love what you said that we can rewrite our story. At 66 I thought “what’s left” but with a bit of effort and passion, you can follow your dreams and make it happen. You’ve inspired me. Merci.

I’m 70 years old and travelled by myself all my life. I lived in Paris for 7 years (speak French) and went back to visit every year as my Mama lived there (moved from NYC). After her death in 2012 😢, I started going back every 2-3 years. Just got back 2 days ago after spending 2 weeks in Paris and was difficult to come back. I miss Paris so much and believe that you’re so lucky to be in Paris. You made the best move, as the quality of life is much better. Thank you for your stream and bon journée ❤️

Great stuff! I'm "only" 52, but I was already feeling like my life was basically over (at least the fun part) and it was just gonna be taxes, aches and pains, more taxes, illness and death from here on out. You've inspired me to make my dream move to Italy happen next year, no excuses anymore!
  • When walking the dog last night I said to my son...I wonder what Janice in France is up to! Not seen her for many weeks...and here you are 🥰
  • @AliSkarsgard
Oh my gosh! I’ve been so worried about you! So happy to see this vlog! I am in my 50’s and I truly appreciate you and reminding us that nothing is impossible.💕✨
  • I'm going to be 51 in 10 days!! It's not too late for my dream to come true. Thank you for paving the way and reminding mature women who still want to dream big that they should!!

Love this, Janice. Especially the part about wondering what would've been possible if we had only been brave enough. We moved from the U.S. to Portugal in our late 50's and early 60's. It's been such a good decision for us. A few years ago, when we were thinking about getting older, it felt like life was getting smaller. Moving abroad has given us the same sense of wide open possibility as we had in our 20s. We were already well-traveled but it feels like there is a whole world still to discover. I love how beautifully you've shared your story.

Yeah I decided to move to France and just figuring out when to leap, you’re my inspiration!
  • Your vlogs gave me the inspiration to finally take the leap and purchase a French farmhouse in the Loire Valley! Hoping to close within the next few weeks! Thanks and Cheers!
  • I have been going to Paris almost every year for the past 24 years. Sometimes I travel with a friend and sometimes I go alone. I was there in October 2023 and last month. Next time , I hope to meet you for coffee. 🗼☕

Your words wove a beautiful tapestry of France & your new adventure. The photography was outstanding I could almost hear & smell Paris. I visited there many years ago on my European tour & fell in love with the sights, people watching & not knowing the language I enjoyed listening into conversations - it has a sing song sound. I wish you the best of luck, happiness & health

I never comment, but have followed your videos once in a while. What is so wonderful about what you do here, is that you are inspiring us all to contemplate and pursue our own journeys.
