Spader is amazing in this role. You can't just pretend to be intelligent.
  • This man is just a genius, everything from him happens so effortlessly. His story telling and humour is on another level. He fits the villain that everyone falls in love with

His monologues are amazing and flow effortlessly from him. Reddington is one of best characters ever written for an actor. And no one could ever play him except Spader. I will miss him.

The monologue about demons standing with him always hits me. ‘The light in the darkness, living proof that there is another way’ that’s excellent writing to the lay ink drop

I could listen to his voice, ironies, colloquialisms and stories every day, I just bunge watched Boston Legal and Blacklist back to back and I already want to watch them again.

    I could watch this 100x over ... 🖤🖤🖤
  • This was an absolutely splendid edit. In the scene where you started this video Redington tells Donald that he isn’t ready to die and won’t let anyone see the last of him because he isn’t yet done experiencing all the wonders and pleasures that life has to offer. It seems now though that even before Elizabeth‘s death he was leaning more toward the midpoint of the video where he spoke about how death seemed peaceful to him and he wanted to welcome that some day.
  • The words that come out of him are so powerful they really intrigued me all the way to my soul ☺️

Red and Dembe together is Hollywood's best match-up in history!!!

Very good selection of important points of narrative..!
  • we could’ve lost raymond a couple of times, im thankful there were 10 seasons 🥹
  • James Spader is an amazing actor that he can do any part. He could be the Hero or the Villain and still one of his greatest movies is Tuff Turf from 1985 with Kim Richards, Paul Mones, and Robert Downey Jr. If you haven't watched it make sure you do
