The last item was like a TENS machine, I had one of those for my back pain, and it really helps. You don’t have to have it on a high setting to work. It really depends on how high your pain is. After a while you don’t even notice the sensation, if that happens you shouldn’t turn it higher up, only if it isn’t controlling the pain anymore. Maybe you should try it again and then put it one setting lower then the setting you started feeling the sensation. Although you don’t feel it, it still can work, because your brain is still processing those little shocks. Hope it’s going to help you with your cramps 👍🏻

Hi Sophie:) I have come up with a pretty cool video idea, I don’t think anyone has done it. It could be called google controlls my outfits for a week, you would go on google and for example search up ‘moons and star tee shirts’ and click on ‘shopping’ and what ever tee shirt comes up you have to buy:) and same with all the other items of clothes. Just an idea thought it was quite cool🥰
