  • PS: you are so blessed with your home, I now live in an apartment for senior citizens. I miss working in my yards.
  • I was in the ER on June 5th due to irregular heart arrhythmia. I don't drink or smoke, but I was under (still am, but it's better) a lot of grief and stress. I lost my mother to cancer in March 2023. That was just the icing on the cake of my stress in life and landed me in the ER plus all the caffeine I was using to "survive" in the beginning of my traumatic grief. I'm a Christian, but I also seek grief counseling. I need it. Don't be ashamed to need counseling. I get the left-out feeling. <3 She had me doing watercolor therapy. It's been helping.

welcome back Lisa Thanks for the vlog.. I really enjoyed it, Also the the part when you talked about peace in the home, I can relate My children tell me all the time how they love to be home they never like to go anywhere unless we're going on family outting together because they prefer home over anything.. I ask my 10 year old why you don't like going anywhere he said because we have all we need here at home and my husband be so ready to get off work to come home..It just makes me smile and I just praise the Lord for a peaceful home my family live in 🙌🏾💕
  • Thank you for being so open and honest. I have experienced similar feelings and with God’s help I am thinking healthier. I love your videos and your family is amazing. Sending you a hug 🤗

I’m using my husband’s YouTube profile….. thank you for sharing this, it’s evident that the Lord’s grace covers us and yes to therapy even as Christian’s. My mother had issues with bells palsy after going through alot of stress and she began taking extra Vitamin C (vit c deficiency can trigger the symptoms) and it helped her so much. Just sharing what worked for her. But I pray that you continue to be blessed -💗Nathalie
  • Seasons of life….hmm all very interesting. I think about how being able to clean without a screaming child would be a treasure. In the same thinking I’m reminded of how someone wishes for that. Life is interesting…full of many seasons.

So happy to see you back! I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease not that long ago that affects my whole body. Some days are good and some days such, but God! Thank you for talking about Jesus and therapy there is nothing wrong with it. We are taught to seek wise counsel so great for you.❤

To God Be All The Glory!!! It's the Trusting God for me. Not knowing you document God's Gentle Hand on your life. When God told you to put Kam back in school. Then you got rid of the homeschool room to put all the books in a bag so school could be on the go! In actuality, God was preparing you for the next season in life. What a MIGHTY and LOVING God we serve! Lissa, you needed to encourage us not to cry because I had tears of joys the whole video. Yes to therapy! Therapy needs to be just as normal as shopping at Target. My therapist says, "The people who go to therapy are going because the people they deal with refuse to go!" I also need to say that you are not alone with not fitting in. It wasn't until I heard a sermon about not fitting that shift my mindset. I was made to stand out and apart so that I can break generational curses off my bloodline. Not fitting in is not so bad when your understand the assignment. Love the garden, did you put the mulch down to help your grass grow? So glad you are healed! My kids even said, "Oh! Kam's mom has a new video." They are also into seasonal candles because of you. They just pick out this watermelon cucumber candle from Target and are patiently waiting (not) for the summer to use it. Thanking God for keeping you, your mind, your spirit and your family during this season! Looking forward to more video 🧡.

Hi Lissa I was just thinking about you and your family yesterday. I were missing two of my YouTubers family that's you and TheFallCoFamily. I were worried about you. I'm happy to see you back and doing better. Take care of you. Don't worry about others been negative about your decisions. We all need some type of therapy in this world. And that doesn't mean we don't have faith in God. There's a reason for the position "Therapy". In life we want to move quicker than God want us to. And when we do we end up in the worst mess. In my case I don't have a job. I been going on interviews but no call back. I started questioning what am I doing wrong on these interviews. But my sisters told me that it's not the job God wants me to have. So I started changing my mindset. Just keep taking care of you and your family. Keep them close. Again happy that you are feeling better.

So glad to see you back. You have been in my heart and in my prayers 💜🙏🏾 God is so good ❤
  • Hey Lisa! I am so happy to see you back and doing well. I have and still are praying for you. I really enjoyed this video and the encouragement. You are truly a blessing. I understand everything you have spoken. That’s one of the reason I let yt go this year. I felt like the work I was doing was in vain and felt as if it wasn’t enough plus it was getting draining. I didn’t see any growth nor was I even getting noticed. Like you said it put me in a place where I just don’t want to be. It’s depressing. Oh my love how your dog is right there with you every step of the way. Those garden beds are so nice. Lisa I love you and just love how you love others. Keep following God as I know you are. I’m here to support you even if I don’t get to comment sometimes but I am watching and supporting you.
