Summary: Multiple confluent necrobiotic granulomas in dermis or subcutis, close to joints or bursa. Bland row or histiocytes palisading around reddish fibrinoid necrobiotic center. Diff Dx with Epithelioid Sarcoma (center with tumoral necrosis, not fibrinoid necrosis and atypical cells are keratin + and INI -). If concern with atypical mycobacterium, do AFB.
