The 90s were definitely the best for dance music..
  • The nostalgia and exhiliration that I get from this song is beyond anything that music from today can make me feel. Not that I don't like current music or anything, there's plenty of amazing songs and artists, but this just takes me back to a different time and to emotions that I'll probably never get back.
  • Born in 1979 it feels so good to hear this song again after a very long time. It gives you a feeling of freedom. The 90's were just a great optimistc, positive and energetic time for everything.

OMG, I’ve been looking for this song since childhood. I found it! I’m crying tears of joy, and sadness over my lost youth.

  • This just takes me back to when I was at school and didn't have a care in the world. I also didn't realise back then how easy things were and how quickly they would get unbearable. Good times, wish I could rewind. Anyone get me?

This track means more to me than I could ever express... a trigger back to extraordinary days (and nights!) past. Brilliant

There's layer upon layer to this track. Absolutely pumping baseline in the background, with layers of synths and house piano on top. A cracker.

2022 and I still get goosebumps. I am so glad i saw the 90's and enjoyed them the way it was meant to be.
  • Man this takes me right back to my clubbing days. 90s and early 2000s we're ridiculously fun.

I met Kirsty a couple of times when I was a teenager and used her vocal (kindly the single had an acapella track) on some dodgy remixes I was trying. She kindly entertained me playing them to her at party.

I used to work in a shop as a teenager and used to sing the total to this tune. “That’ll be £9.99”.

Fun fact: she is the daughter of Alan Hawkshaw who composed the theme for Countdown, Grange Hill and Channel 4 news. Kirsty Hawkshaw still looks lovely.
