tenho certeza que ficou uma delícia e já imaginei outras versões sem o presunto, com queijo defumado, com páprica, com peito de peru, com azeitonas etc... A maionese perfeita com esse alho.

I've made these before using Gruyere cheese and it was delicious ! Sometimes I'll spread mustard on the pastry, then very thin slices of ham and add my Gruyere.
